Delivery was from a restaurant 5 minutes away from us. The driver drove right by our house - and kept driving until he got on the highway far beyond our area.
He didn't call us until he had already passed our house - even though my husband was waiting outside. He then turned off his GPS. When the delivery man, Franco (Toronto), finally called and spoke to us he claimed he couldn't find our address. Our meal is not over 2 hours late and still no resolution.
In addition, there is no contact number, no customer service and no support on the doordash app or website. The only support is a page of FAQs that are useless. Waste of money, time and way too frustrating.
Our advise is to stick to Fodora or Uber Eats. DO NOT use doordash.
