This service has messed up orders and been 2 hours late the last three times in a row.This has been an error on the driver side once and the restaurant service side once.

This last time was completely the fault of Door Dash who did not even give the restaurant the order until the actual delivery time. Being in the middle of the city of Chicago, there is really no excuse for this awful service.

I believe that in theory this service should be very lucrative, but they have some how messed this up.I hope that another company sees this opportunity and takes advantage of this poor service.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with driver was apologetic and stated that there is a room for improvement of failed third chance. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of doordash delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $140. Doordash needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
