New ReviewerOrdered food at 10:44am. Received texts that Luis was on his way to pick it up.
Then 10 min later someone else was on their way. Then after another 10 min Samantha was on her way. At 11:15am I get a call from a cell phone and the person says they canโt speak English and I said and what? I donโt speak Spanish.
All she said was card declined. I checked with my credit card company , nope card was charged, but she couldnโt understand that.... she wanted another card ummm nope I donโt know you.. I said call your company because I am.
Got in a chat with Dash and they are like โoh yeah our cards donโt work with McDonalds.... we will give you a credit on your dash account.... ummm no I want my credit card refunded.
Finally they โagreedโ , we will see .. Iโll be filing a dispute with the credit card company, myself because I donโt believe them at all.
Monetary loss ~$30
