The company reached out to me and apologized and refunded me 50% of the meal.

I placed an order and was told it would arrive in 45 minutes. When I called at the estimated arrival time to check on the order, I was told it would be another 30 minutes on top of the 45 minutes I had already waited. The order had already been processed so I could not cancel.
