I got charged 25.11 for my food from Apple bees the lady I talked to in customer service said that my order was cancelled because Applebee’s was closed. Applebees is not closed because I called them and they are the ones who told me to call you because it wasn’t a issue they could solve.
She also said that Apple bees refunded me my money which is also not true. I haven’t got it and now I am sitting her without a lunch because no one is figuring it out and it supposedly will take 5-8 days to get my money back if it was refunded and I just think someone should make this right and go grab the food that I did order already and bring it to me because I was charged for it and because I am at work that’s why I door dashed In the first place
