Its been close to a month and at least 9 phone calls have been made to the OFF SHORE customer service for Door Dash which was NO service at all.
They have never once followed up on half a dozen promises to escalate my case and send me emails or call me back. All Ive gotten are these useless surveys.
I still have no idea why they cancelled my access to DOOR DASH, nor did anyone who Ive spoken to. All Im told is that they believe they were protecting me from possible fraud. I was never in danger of fraud.... now I cant use the service and all my local eateries have given up their delivery people bc they use DOOR DASH.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS THE SHADDIEST GROUP OF "BUSINESS PEOPLE" IVE EVER COME ACCROSS
