DoorDash in Los Angeles, California - Order error

Was unable to write in special Inst, so I called my local WingStop that’s always used only for them to tell me they didn’t receive my order. I checked, and this time my order was directed to Culver City. Had I known, I wouldn’t have placed the order. The customer rep was kind and explained to me the reason for the change. But I ordered at 9:20, delivery ETA 9:59 it arrived 10:12 pm with a call from the dasher asking me to come downstairs. Food was cold Lesson learned, I’ll always check what location I’m being routed to before placing an order moving forward. And I’m canceling my order if I ever see that dashers name come up again.

Well they didn't deliver the order i just had a text message that said "i at door." i have a dog that goes bananas when someone comes up the walkway to the door there is no way they came to the door . my suspicion is they sat in there car and texted . i have a walkway that leads to my front door and they probably didn't want to walk up to the door. that's all . Oh and when i called to find out what happened they hung up , so i did a chat online and they hung up on that about half way through because they said it was taking me too long to give them my phone # . the worst

DoorDash in Sacramento, California - Food sat on restaurant counter for 39 minutes

Food was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes (about 7:15 pm). At 7:30, called restaurant Dannette Brick Pub & told us food has been sitting on their counter 30 minutes. Food ice cold, french fries disgusting. Spent $48.00 for extremely poor food & service which I would have sent back had I been in the restaurant.

DoorDash in Poquoson, Virginia - Never Recieved Refund

Ordered Chipotle on Doordash, was told by both companies Door Dash would be the company to go to for a refund. They told me in three separate phone calls they would be refunding me my money since the dasher did not want to deliver the food to the hospital room and never returned the food to the chipotle. It's been 3 months since this incident still no refund.

DoorDash in Trabuco Canyon, California - No delivery

Tracked the drive with the door dash app until he - Matt - was less than 5 minutes from our home and then he just disappeared from the tracking feature like he was abducted by aliens. 2 minutes later door dash showed the delivery was made. We NEVER received the order. Chatted with door dash and asked for a full refund. Checked my cc statement online this am and it shows door dash is trying to charge my cc for the charge. Called their customer service this am and they tell me it could take 5 to 7 days for the refund to show on my card.
