Completed my w9 and still can’t activate my red card

You gotta do that in the app, if your using a Android just hit the 3 lines at the top left and it'll open the menu for scheduling and what not and 6th option down is where you enter your red card info. If your doing that and it's not working, good luck, customer service is a joke.
