After the driver was very late, then finally called from the restaurant to tell me they only had one of the three items ordered and wanted to know what to do. I told them I was on the phone with door dash and they had just reordered for me as it was listed as delivered but I didn't get it because it had not been delivered at all.

The driver was still waiting for my order at the restaurant. Anyway I told the driver AND the person on the phone to cancel my order. Third time is the charm///2 out of three deliveries very very bad. And to top it off they didn't refund the full amount I was charged.

They still charged me their fee as well as the driver's tip. SMH.

Deleted the app and will never use it again. CAN YOU SAY RIPOFF?
