Your website/App should have accurate information regarding restaurant hours and availability.
It is now almost 30 minutes after I ordered and late enough at night where other options are no longer available.
For you to take an order for a product, take the customers money, and then say that product is no longer available, and in the meantime preventing the customer from going elsewhere for a competitive service is considered Bait and Switch and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau along with the CFPB.
It’s manipulative and unethical and definitely not in the interest of the consumer. So I don’t know if you understand all this, but I suggest you find a way for this email to make it into the hands of someone at DoorDash who does, and who also understands regulation and consumer protection.
Refund my money immediately.
