Was on the phone with DoorDash customer support for 25 minutes, only to find out their system rejected my card for no reason. Customer Service manager wanted me to use my credit card instead, and offered to give me $10 credit to offset my interest payment on my CC (which was nice of him), but when I went to place the order again the restaurant is "not active anymore" for deliveries.

However, both the website through a web browser, and the app are both showing the restaurant as available to order from.

Why would the app and website allow me to go all the way through with the order, only to tell me that it's not taking orders? Why not just NOT show it on the list, instead of fooling me into thinking it can be done.

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with DoorDash.
