Someone at Door Dash, finally, cared enough to rectify the problem.

We placed an order for 4 items and received 2. We tried to place another order for the remainder of the items and, inexplicably, they charged us for 10 items that never came.

The total charge was $133. $133 for what wound up being an order of rice and a spring roll. Absolutely insane and totally unacceptable. I called DoorDash, they did nothing.

I emailed DoorDash, they did nothing. I called again and they demanded proof of my receipts. I sent proof of my receipts and, of course, received no response. I have engaged in a chat with these people and all they said was that they have escalated our case for a review.

There's nothing else to do but to file a complaint with our credit card company.

I will never be using this delivery service again and cannot recommend this service to anyone. This is insane.
