I have been charged twice now 2 months in a row for a dash pass that i do not have! A chat rep last month said i do not have a subscription and that i should not be charged and yet i was.
Then not 20 mins ago i get a notification that my account has been overdrawn and charged a $36.00 overdraft fee for a $9.99 dash pass charge. So i called 10mins ago and spoke to rep who said what the chat rep said last month that i do not have dashpass on my account and they need a screenshot of my bank account showing the charge. WTF if i don't have dashpass THEN WHY IS DOORDASH CHARGING ME FOR IT 2 MONTHS IN A ROW???? Im gonna look into filing theft charges against them for stealing my $$ and causing me now stress and a delinquent drawn bank account!
THANKS A LOT DOORDASH. As if this covid *** wasn't bad enough, now they apparently have to STEAL money from peoples account.
User's recommendation: Do not use doordash and DEFINITELY do not put your bank info on their site/app.
