Yesterday made an order. Paid. Order was cancelled a minute later, "due to restaurant not taking orders at this time"
Go online ck my credit card and there are two pending charges for the order door dash cancelled.
Called customer service and was told that it was only 1 charge (not correct) and dad t will take 5-7 for a refund.
1st door dash did not indicate that Denny's wasn't taking orders. But door dash took my money twice, so now I have the privilege of having a non-existent $85 meal from Denny's.
I use GrubHub, Uber Eats, txtogo, and have never had such an experience. Please fix this issue.
