Won’t give me my money back

Door dash took 226$ off my card on February 1st 2024 and will not give it back. They all keep hanging up on me they denied my refund after I sent in the dasher receipt showing that I only received the items I ordered but they 8xs all my substituted items and charged me 226 instead of 60$ all together. The representatives are very unprofessional. If you need proof I can send in the receipts and information on the payment

I used my card, but it was not working. I requested for new card online, and it said, it will be received about 2 weeks. I still keep working DoorDash for 2 weeks, but I didn't receive my card by 2 weeks. I checked my account on Saturday, March 2, 2024. I found out that my money was stolen on 2-29-2024 and on 3-1-2024. The total money was 1,299.98.

We called the restaurant as soon as we opened the bag and realized we were missing half of our order. They informed us the second bag was sitting right there and the dasher didnt pick it up.

We didnt have a way to get it so we called door dash to see if the driver could go back and get it. He informed them he was done driving so their answer was we could pick it up. If I could pick it up, I wouldnt have used them for delivery. Then they said they could see if they could pick it up and would get back to us in an hour.

We are trying to eat dinner and our son doesnt have his food and we should wait an hour while it sits on a counter waiting to be picked up. That is crazy!! I asked them for a refund of the missing items and they denied an hour later. Reason was they investigated and said it wasnt warranted when they could have just called the restaurant to confirm that half the order was missing.

I escalated and still denied. My son using them all the time. I just banned them from use in our family!! What a rip off and scam.

We ended up paying $70 for 2 hamburgers and one small fry. NEVER USE THEM unless you just want to waste your money!!

I order from this app and got Roman and I was missing an item so I wanted a refund and my item they did not help me at all there customer support was very rude I kept asking for a supervisor she didnt not provide me one she kept repeating herself when I didnt ask for that I will never return to this app again.!!

I never received my food and then this is a terrible company had a driver who said on the text that I posted he delivered my food to the wrong address on Christmas 12-25-23 and now for dash keeps denying me off my full refund 3 times and I'm still trying to get my full refund. door dash is being sued for multiple reasons and bad customer service is one of many...

door dash is a rip off and I highly recommend grub hub over for door dash... and I provided them use grub hub the driver Tyler text and he says it on the text.. but my refund keeps getting denied.

you can't talk to the supervisor(s) you have to wait for a email of approval which you don't never received and have to keep calling back.. this company is trash

I ordered Chinese food from a nearby restaurant. The vegeterian low mein had both red meat and white meat in it.

Garlic sauce chicken was sweet dish sweet. I tried expressing the mess up to door dash twice to which they offered me refund of 12$ for a messed up order worth $50. I requested to replace food with food, to which they reordered half the items. My 4 guests ultimately waited for 2 hours and the reattempted order still had the sweetest garlic chicken and one tiny snack which was right in first order as well.

This time they hd assured me that my message was conveyed to dasher and they had fixed my reordered list of items.

NO it was still messed up. To which now they offered $18 after 2.5 hours and no food for the order which was worth $50 and was supposed to feed 4 people.

Order was picked up from restaurant AFTER the end of the delivery window. Arrived at 12:29.

Order was acknowledged at 10:03am to be delivered between 11:50 and 12:10. Food was cold. My account does say to leave food at the door, but there is clearly a foyer at my building and food was left outside. A $5 Door Dash credit is not sufficient .

Not that this even matters, but the order was for a co-workers birthday, so that was the icing on the cake. (Food being cold is not the restaurants fault as I have ordered from here several times in the past and NEVER rec'd cold food. Clearly it had to do with the lack of timeliness of the delivery)

(For my response - I'm not sure what "account history" they are referring to other than the fact I order at least once a week from them. I never complain and always tip well...)

On January 5th I ordered from Carolina ale I sat at gate on my break waiting for my food and the arrival time kept changing from 11 0 7 to 11/08/1109 to 11 11 11 sixteen, and 1117 I had come across my screen that my order had been canceled per my request. However, I did not request the refund.

And I had another agent looking into it. And she said that looking into it that the doordash driver had canceled my order because she could not find the address. The driver's name was Paula and I have a problem with this situation because she never even tried to call me or text even called Carolina ale and the order had definitely been picked up. I did not cancel my order.

In fact I ended up having to order from Taco Bell so I can have dinner that night. So please check for a little further into it. Because $30 there's a lot of money for me to throw away.

I don't Try to rip you all off.. I tried to be a loyal customer And I think it's really unfair for me to have to lose $30 when clearly if you look a little further into it.

I know you'll find the evidence you need to see that. She canceled the order and not me. Because another agent I expect you to know and I did find what kind of sense does it make for me to cancel my order when it's supposed to be arriving? I really wanted my steak.

And I think that the lady took my steak and ate it and kept it in my order. In fact I tried to put a complaint in.

I am very disappointed in this as I can't leave work to eat once I get here. I have to stay here for 12 hours. I rely on DoorDash to get my food to Me here at work.

If we can't strengthen out I will not be using board *** anymore. I'll go to Uber, eat or something else and I will also contact somebody out. I will keep contact and somebody until something happens because this is not Fair to me in Taco Bell was my dinner that night. And it was not very good and I didn't even complain about it.

Because I actually got my food and mov. Was my delivery driver and she was wonderful, very nice and pleasant. She didn't have any problems finding BMW parking loand several other drivers I've had have not never had the problem finding it. It's very simple instructions.

If they find follow their map that I know you'll provide for them on their app. I did not get from my order. I was looking forward to my steak and ended up having nasty *** Taco Bell. And now you want to tell me.

I can't have my money back for food. I never received and I nor did I cancel the order. I think you need to recheck my order and dig further into the thing. Because I did not cancel anything on an email.

You will not find an email for me. Saying I can't from my order whatsoever.

This review is by no way meant to reflect a bad review on Sheetz. But on Doordash and to inform other's of the poor service that they always seem to provide!

Tonight I placed an order for some tacos, spicy chicken sandwich, fried pickle, breakfast plate and a gluten free spicy pickle. The dasher brought what you can see from the picture. NOT A SPICY PICKLE!!! My biscuit was hard which I can over look.

But when I contacted Doordash and tried to get this item corrected by sending the right item and taking the wrong item back I was told it was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and was denied. Then when one decided to just call me back at 4:12 a.m. in the freaking morning!

He then tells me as a " supervisor " it was absolutely nothing he could do. And I would have to wait for someone to determine if I can get my money back! I am so sick and tired of Doordash stealing our money and then dictate rather or rather not I can have what I work hard for. MY MONEY!!!

I have had drivers take my food, mess up my orders inspite of clear directions and our order history. To have to go back and forth between the 3rd party app and the store is ridiculous.

It's not hard to give someone what they order and what they pay for. I most definitely will be getting a lawyer involved because enough is enough!!!

My DOORDASH order arrived in a Plastic bag. Food order was not in a warmer bag.

Cold Food. As Doordash Driver approached me handing me a plastic bag. Cold Food.

Doordash Driver smelled like a Cheap Escort. Warming my Doordash Order my food smelled like a Cheap Escort Eating my Doordash Food Order I thought I was Eating A Cheap Escort.

I called and spoke with Doordash Customer Support.

Doordash Customer Support told me

DOORDASH ONLY HIRES THE BEST ESCORTS IN TOWN.

The Doordash Customer Support went on to say

ALL OUR DOORDASH DRIVERS SMELL NICE.

YOUR NEXT DOORDASH ORDER WILL SMELL LIKE LILACS.

OUR DOORDASH DRIVER WILL BE THE BEST ESCORT MONEY CAN BUY

WE WILL OFFER YOU A FREE ONE

AN ABSOLUTELY FREE ONE

User's recommendation: I would recommend using Uber eats, or simply picking up for yourself, instant cart, Grubhub. Anything would be better then dealing with Doordash bs!
