DoorDash - Missing order

Food delivered to wrong address. Managed to get full refund two hours later after two long phone calls with restaurant and door dash. End result: two hours wasted time with no dinner, and a happy neighbour.

Details
He is so unprofessional. Waited outside of restaurant for over 20 minutes, never got my order. Then drove by my house twice. Even passed my job which I had to change the delivery to because it was almost 2 hours. He shouldn't be a driver, makes the whole company look bad.

Just found out that Door Dash keeps employee tips on credit cards but doesn’t let customers know about this. I’ve spent THOUSANDS on Door Dash but not one more cent will go to these greedy bastards.

I will never again order door dash again. I have erased my app and regret spending an average of 500 or more a month. I was charged 3 times for an order and then had to wait 5 buisness days for my refund. And I was given a $5 credit , for all the trouble. What a joke. A good customer service would of made sure to make things convenient for a loyal customer and would of refunded all 3 not just 2 for making me wait so long for a refund , when the whole situation was from your end not mine.
