I placed an order from Matchbox for 9 pizzas on 3/5/24 for delivery on the 6th at 11:45. I left addtional deliver instructions to deliver the pizzas at another entrance to our office.
I was at the location from 11:30 until 12:10. I attempted to call him to see if he got the delivery instructions but he hung up on me. I texted him several times with no response. About 12:10 I received a text message from Simon (945) 262-**** stating that he handed my order to me.
I never got the pizzas so I called DoorDash but since I ordered through Matchbox, I was instructed to call them.
I'm awaiting my refund of $263.00. I can't down;\load my receipt from my gmail.

Refund due
Was promised a refund by Doordash for a delivery that was missing items. That was on 26DEC by Angelica.
Was told refund would be issued within 7-10 days. Nothing. Called again and on 5FEB was told by Valerie that refund would be issued ASAP. Nothing.
Called 11FEB and Elaine said issue was 'escalated' and will see refund in 10-12 days. Nothing. Called 28 FEB and a supervisor, Alice, told me I would see the refund the NEXT DAY. Nothing.
Called 2MAR and Julie gave me the same line. Nothing. Called 4MAR and Debbie said it would be taken care of. All this for a $22.24 refund that Doordash promised me I would see.
This is pathetic especially coming from a company that at one time was skimming off the top to screw their drivers. One would think that was a wake up call and they would be handling issues much better. So friggin' pissed at them and their service and lines of BS that I hear from everyone.
To top this off when the delivery was made and the missing items noticed (order was from Little Caesars) I immediately called the driver who told me he did not have the time to go back and get the items HE forgot! Such poor customer service.

Just talked to them again and now they say they can't find the purchase I. Their system so since they can't find of they can't give me a *** yes I still have to do this one more time and have another debit card sent out which will make this the third month in a row...
So now again this month yet again here is another charge from door dash I called them and they hung up on me I didn't cuss or use any kind of foul language and they hung up on me so I guess I'm gonna have to dispute another month and have to get another dam debit card this is really getting old. I am beyond pissed now that they hung up on me the next time I get ahold of someone I'm gonna give them reason to hang up on me.

horrible customer service. I had a problem w/ a grocery order and used the app to file a complaint withing 1 day.
NO response. Filed a new complaint 1 day after the first complaint. Again, NO response of any kind (not even an email to confirm the complaint. About a week later I opened a chat and agent immediately closed the interaction without explanation.
So I opened a new chat and this agent basically said, it's a Policy that they can't respond because the delivery was a week ago. I pointed out that I opened the complaint within 1 day. They closed the chat window.
This is ridiculous. I never once got any kind of response after complaining 4 times.
