Couldn’t get on the phone who understood English

Was trying to call about being employed and got the run around cause they could understand what I was saying. First they couldnt pull up my application cause she didnt listen to what I was saying so I had to talk loud to my phone and super slow. Then they didnt give me any information regarding my back ground check.

Annoyed Customer

My account was hacked a few months ago and I have since been getting a monthly charge of 9.99. DD is not able to do anything for me since I no longer have the card. I am livid.

User's recommendation: Get off your couch, get your own food and save yourself the convenience fee.

Trying to become a dasher and get in my account

Still cant get onto my DoorDash account! So I gave up on it. I have called customer service 10 times about becoming a dasher and it didnt work. So I am over trying it.

User's recommendation: I ordered from this company and they were very rude and if they don't like what you have to say they cancel your order ASAP.

Dissatisfied with turnaround time my order should’ve been picked up around 4 o’clock. Call the restaurant and hopefully the Dasher will now be delivering my order in the next 10 minutes

Order not recieved

Even on the re-delivery it was delivered to the wrong place. The associate stated the order was at my door. We spent several minutes on the phone and multiple calls back and fourth on a re-delivery! I have ordered from door dash a couple of times. I really wanted to like your service but it was a headache and my sandwich was a bit soggy. Grub Hub will have to be my go to from now on 2 hours and still lost? My address is very simple and I left detailed directions w a gate code. I even dropped a locator pin twice to set the exact location. Sincerely, Never using Door Dash again.

#1 How is an undercooked burger DoorDash's fault?? #2 Due to Covid guidelines, all order bags are SUPPOSED to be sealed by the merchant.

Your DoorDash delivery person IS NOT allowed to open any bags & check orders since Covid started.

Both of these examples are MERCHANT issues, yet you are giving DoorDash bad reviews. You should consider yourself lucky that you've apparently already received too much credit from DoorDash for complaints that should've been credited from the Merchant you ordered from in the 1st place.

Useless people

They refused to give me the original date where I was hired as a Dasher for unemployment reasons. I am not responsible for paying back almost $14,000 because you will not give you this information I am filing a lawsuit

Doordash drivers personal information is not protected. They are able to call dispatch with a false report and get information on the driver. I know this not only am I a driver but my daughter is as well

NOT getting my delivery !!!!!

This is the second time in a row that delivery driver has not bothered to get hold of me. I have a sign on my door telling them to CALL me with the number, instead they try to txt my BROKEN cell phone ! I am upset, want to cry at being this vulnerable to some dimwit who can't read a *** sign. Im not able to go out, disabled and RELY on people to do their jobs. You have got to do something about this. The area is Arlington WA for Walmart delivery. Please tell me you have actually done something about this. I am so sick of apathy. Your drivers MUST deliver the *** groceries its their JOB. My eggs better not be broken and my apples bruised with so much transferring to a second driver.

Horrible customer support

I ordered a salad from sidetrack via your app and received it without chicken. Customer service was horrible said they cant help me. I asked to be transferred to a manager and they said they transferred me but they never did. I reached out again and still no one would help me said I maxed out compensation! I dont want compensation I wanted the salad I paid for! It is not my fault restaurants and drivers make issues! I order often and its not my fault there are issues and I am being punished??? I am a loyal dash pass customer and I paid almost $20 for lettuce and strawberries that is unacceptable!

Missing items from order .

Called Wendys, they said not there problem, call u driver may have kept items . Cant call you so , I guess Im screwed, but youre company wont last with terrible service like this.
