Code not working
I was mailed a flyer with a code for 59% off. The code did not work.nInwastedbablot of time with that order alone. Plus I had to call in the inquire what happened and why It didn't work. I was told next time I order (before it expired) Order, then call in to get the discount nA lot of wasted time later, she finally did it. Still, my time is money and that was not worth it. I feel like I'm owed at least a code for 50% off.

The dasher called because she was confused dropping of the food, I explained to her that she just needed to bring it in the office. She then asked me if I spoke Spanish, I told her no and explained what to do again. She then said she was at the location and asked if I spoke Spanish again, I told her no. I could understand if my order was placed in Spanish, but it wasnt. Clearly a langauge barrier.not my doing. If I knew that I would be ordering and not able to communicate, I wouldnt have ordered.

I wigned up for 1 month to try it out. Wasnt for me. So I havent used it and tried to cancel last month but I think I missed something because I still was having payments being taken out. Needed my subscription cancelled and my money refunded.

One of their restaurants that they serve were offering a free gift with a $15+ purchase, they charged me for the free gift. I called door dash, the guy acted stupid like he didn't know what happened,
And told me me will send me an email to attach the advertising and email it back. I never received their email and I never got any sort of credit

I want to talk about why I'm not getting a refund
Door Dash many times over the past 2 years or more and yes have gotten several refunds and or credits. Recently that has not been the case. They wont give me either anymore and Im not exactly sure why! My orders were messed up from the restaurants; especially the completely raw burger from Island Burgers Restaurant; I asked for well done!! I expected more from DoorDash and island burgers.

Got a pickup from a store that’s not in our town
Could not cancel it. Bummer.. I couldnt get through til the order was ready. Was on the phone a long time. We were starving which didnt help the situation at all

My food was cold by the time the dasher made a stop prior to getting to my house. One order was taco salad with ground meat that was mixed in with the other ingredients. Reheating the entire salad would have ruined the lettuce.
