The delivery guy was lost for literally an hour. That made my food late by over a half hour.
I told him the area of my apartment, the building color, the building number, the apartment number. He had the exact address. Still he couldn't find it. I spent 20 minutes online with doordash support who acted as a middle man.
When I asked if there was any compensation for getting cold, soggy food due to the delivery being late the doordash support ignored my question and just made sure the food delivered. He could have at least said they couldn't...or something to at least acknowledge my question.
