I was a regular customer, no payment issues, always tipped 20-25%. Tried ordering pizza during a party, and the app said my account had been deactivated.

Huh?? Contacted support, they said they’d check. Reply was that I’d violated their terms of use, but they would not provide any explanation as to how. Huh??

I didn’t do anything different from the all the previous times I’d ordered! I tried to get help multiple times, they said they’d escalate my request... Nothing. So I guess they don’t want a consistent, reliably paying and good tipping customer??

Makes no sense.

But if they continue this way they won’t stay in business long. I’m right in their home base Bay Area, and there are other competitive services popping up all the time.
