Pls note that I have posted a review of the *** poor customer service chats that I continuously experience.There was only ONE exception and that seemed to have been done correctly.YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS SUCK! THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS' NEEDSTHEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPYYOUR APP SHOULD AUTO SEND THE CHAT SURVEY EACH TIME IT IS ENDEDYOUR APP SHOULD ALLOW THE CHAT TO BE TRANSCRIBEDOn March 23rd, I had placed an order that looked as though the dasher threw my food into the car and onto my porch.I did not have dinner that night- in addition to my other kids- we ended up eating top ramen.I immediately contacted customer support and they indicated they were going to refund my money.I still had not received my refund as of 04/02 so I inquired about it and that is when I found out that it was only a partial refund.That agent went ahead and refunded me $18.08 which I saw almost immediately on the card I paid with, however the first part was still not rec'd.The next agent told me that I needed to wait a few more days.The next few agents told me the same and were very rude and a couple of them even ended the chat prematurely.I have submitted screenshots that DISPLAY and where I SEE THE 18.08 REFUND but NOT the FIRST supposed refund and have indicated this TIME AND TIME AGAIN.If I was to SEE the actual refund, this would NOT be an issue and I can continue to WAIT however...AGAIN....I am NOT SEEING THIS SUPPOSED REFUND.I also do not appreciate having doordash CREDITS in lieu of the tip that I gave the dasher- I want my FULL REFUND.
I do NOT plan on using you guys ever again and will let everyone know at Stanford University and who are my respected colleagues what my experiences have been with you guys!I have given you ample opportunities to make this right and am continuously disappointed!The complaint numbers with the screenshot from today's horrendous experience is 186****. Their chat agents are quick to disconnect you from the chat and you cannot go back to ask a question. They do not listen to your needs or requests- I've had to request customer service 7x and I STILL have not had a resolution.
I don't think that they have an issue with the English language- I just think they are lacking customer service skills.
THEY SINCERELY SUCK and when they don't want you to provide feedback, they won't send you a link when they shut off the chat so you can't complain!
User's recommendation: DON'T USE THEM.
Monetary Loss: $57.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
