I provided a detailed explanation to Doordash including when I purchased the meal, who I purchased the meal from, meal order #, confirming texts and messages received once the order was placed. A day and a half after submitting my complaint, Doordash Delivery Support group responded, apologized for the inconvenience, and indicated they would provide me with a refund which I received within 3-4 days after their response.

Thankfully thru this app, Doordash finally responded about my order not being picked up after 45 minutes and having to go pick it up myself. I called during the moment it was happeing and the lady I spoke with asked me to call back after I picked it up.

I did and said I just wanted my delivery fee and tip refunded, per the lady on the phone I would hear from someone in 3-5 days(she did send me a confirmation email of our conversation) but after a week I hadn't heard from anyone and looked up away to reach out came across this site.

Within 30 minutes of this site sending my email request I received an email apology and my entire order refunded because of the wait for the order and the lack of communication from anyone at doordash. All ended well, better than I was expecting.

Driver tried to drop off 6 waters. When I told him I needed my order from Arby’s he got back into his SUV and left without giving me my food. When I told DoorDash I wanted a refund since I never received food. They then refused to give a refund since I didn’t get my order. DoorDash will never get my business again and I will tell everyone I know to not do business with them either.
