All of my food was bone-chillingly cold! My French toast waffle and scrambled eggs were bone-chillingly cold! Eating cold scrambled eggs is terrible. The French toast waffle did not come with maple syrup. My café mocha was also lukewarm. The steamed Peking duck appetizer came with shredded duck meat, not whole pieces of duck. The steamed Peking duck appetizer did not look like the picture DoorDash had posted here for Mosaic on the DoorDash site, showing the Peking duck prepared differently. Look at the pictures for comparison! Look at the reference pictures from DoorDash. I posted them here!

This is all DoorDash's fault because DoorDash is doubling up my deliveries of hot, freshly prepared restaurant food with these non-English-speaking, mostly Spanish-speaking Dashers. I do send the Dashers translations into Spanish directions, but this is still a lousy business practice. I immediately called DoorDash and complained tonight that my food would show up cold, which it did. It was not edible!

Today, when I caught DoorDash doing this for the second time this week, when I got the message that my Dasher was running behind because he, Walter, was waiting to pick up someone else's order, I knew my food would be cold. I had already immediately complained by calling DoorDash customer service because on the 'track your Dasher', I did not see the Dasher's car move for 45 minutes after he, Walter, picked up my food from Mosaic, which is in Rockville only 20 minutes away. Walter did not get to me here in Gaithersburg for 45 more minutes!

I did call Walter, but he did not understand me because he speaks Spanish, and Walter hung up on me because he did not know how to speak to me in English. I knew I was going to get screwed over by DoorDash again, as DoorDash has already stolen money from me this year. DoorDash has not refunded four orders already, and that is about $120.00 already!

This wait for DoorDash to act as my judge and jury is lousy. I can't wait for the class-action lawsuit! I despise DoorDash and Uber Eats because their customer service is poor and steals my peace of mind. If I owned a car, I would not order from DoorDash.

Door Dash is a Total Disappointment!

My husband ordered food from Chao Pasta, our favorite place for Italian food, on Door Dash. Door Dash delivered our food 45 minutes later.

The Door Dash driver delivered Chinese food instead of the Italian food from Chao Pasta. My husband called DoorDash immediately, and Door Dash said there was nothing they could do about our situation. He called again and asked for a refund and Door Dash said that DoorDash does not give refunds for incorrect food being delivered. The next day I called DoorDash three different times and each time they told me that they could not refund our money.

It was a $60 order of food from Chao Pasta! I asked for a manager, or a general managers phone number, and/or their name/s, and Door Dash said they could not give me any of that information. I called three different phone numbers to get someone from customer service to help me, and each time, the customer service rep told me there is nothing that could be done to refund our money or our DoorDash account.

A very disappointing service and we will never ever use DoorDash again! Furthermore, I will tell everyone I know about our experience and that DoorDash should never be used by anyone!
