I am beyond irate & disgustingly disappointed with your customer service, between the lies & disrespect I experienced. I am embarrassed that I have up until now spoken so highly of your company.

When my order was placed it said that the Delivery time was 25 to 30 minutes after waiting 25 to 30 minutes I received a message on my phone that it was going to be another 25 to 30 minutes so after waiting an hour for my food and going outside to make sure the driver did not miss me and my food would be delivered to avoid A scenario such as this, I watched my phone say the driver was Approaching then the driver had arrived and that my food had been delivered all while waiting out side and no car ever showed up. Then when I tried to contact the customer service they said that my food wasnโ€™t delivered because they were unable to deliver it . Which both stories are clearly a lie. The credit that was put back on my account account for the food that was never delivered does not equate to the loss of not only my time but my hunger I have to go back to work now without getting to eat I find that your companies lack of empathy and diligence for their customers completely unacceptable and Highly unprofessional.

Poor customer treatment such as this is what makes or breaks a company. My day is ruined, I have to go back to work hungry and I will be making a complaint about DoorDash to the BBB.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

DoorDash Cons: Poor customer service.

You did not get your food for one of two reasons. As a doordash driver I can tell you either the distance was too far for the pay offered or most likely the restaurant was very late in preparing your food and the driver got fed up waiting and waiting without getting paid mind you for your food to be prepared so he finally left so he could move on to another order to make money.

the restaurant within blame doordash ensayo doordash didn't send anyone to pick up the order when in reality it was too restaurants fault. As a driver I can tell you 90% of the time it is the restaurants fault but the customer will never know that
