I tried to order off DoorDash on 9/18/2017 and when I went to pay, their system kept telling me that my zip code did not match my debit card. I have used the same debit card many times before so this didn't make any sense.
I was never able to order food and DoorDash charged my account $305.57 for nothing, sending my account negative.
Needless to say I'll be picking up my own food from now on which is a shame because I've used this place several times and loved it but this is not cool at all. If you want to contact DoorDash, there is no good phone number to get ahold of them.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $380.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
