I tried to order on their app. I put my boyfriends phone number and my email to register.
When I tried to place the order and then went to payment it ask for security code sent to my email so I typed it in then after that it says error. I tried to do it 4 times until I just realized to check my bank account. Well to my surprise it appears those 4 charges were debited.
Tried calling their customer service but talking to 3 different people just saying same thing to me that they cannot find the account under my name which is *** If they want a proof that money debited from my account then I can send one. Also tried to check with my bank but they cannot refund the money unless the merchant also check it on their end
