After putting in an order an hour ago in NJ, we received a call that the restaurant was closed. Of course they assigned a doordasher 15 minutes after the order was placed.
When speaking to customer service they did not speak English and were not customer friendly. Initially they hung up. Upon a subsequent call, again a language problem. Finally we requested a supervisor.
This is the third time with doordash. Each time has been an adventure. We have experienced missed food, incorrect order, delivery to another house which is vacant, and poor customer service. It is a surprise that this venture is still in business.
All their responses involve we will give you a credit. Eventually if you don’t do business with them, the credit is worthless.
