New ReviewerToday I noticed a 9.99 charge to my bank account, and it was from Door Dash, I never order from there. I called my bank and they suggested I call the company to check the error and if it was not resolved to call back and file a fraud claim.
I called Doordash and they said I was subscribed for a "dashpass" I never signed up for this, I used the service once a year ago because they sent us a free delivery coupon.
I did not like the service, it took too long and the food arrived cold so I never used it again.
I was charged 9.99 for the months of November 2019 and December 2019 for a single food delivery from September of 2018! They refunded the December charge but said I would have to contact my bank for the November charge because it was a month ago.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Reason of review: Fraudulent charges.
