This was my 3rd and final order with Doordash.On Friday, 9/22 at around 7:00pm, I ordered from Wingstop in San Jose and was promised delivery within 48 Minutes.

$33 for what should be a $20 order. By 9:00pm, I check on Doordash's website, and there is no Customer service number, so I email my complaint. I also called Wingstop for 45 minutes with no answer. Doordash does not respond within 48 hours.

Finally today, 9/27, I find a number for Doordash and they tell me that there were issues with their app that day and a lot of complaints and they would credit my account the $33 and that we could talk about my options. Options?

I told her no options, no credit.Refund the money and that is the last they will ever hear from me.
