She claimed to have called and confirmed that i was allowed to remove it they said yep but afterwards still put rice .. Iwont pay for it at all even if the second was free im still out $11

If i am not refunded I do warn doordash know I am never using you guys again you are ran by a scam artist who sits on his butt and takes peoples money so if i am not fully refunded I will dispute witjh my cc company i am not paying for a merchants mistake and a company that partners does nothing about it

THIS IS THE WORDT COMAPANY EVER THEY WILL BAN YOU FOR NO REASON....They try to redeliver your food and contact the restaurant to get it corrected and the restaurant confirmed but its still messed up they are misleading and they partner with merchants who are okay with being misleading if the the restaurant cant hold what you dont want they should of said so to the door dash agent... all they do is use you for your money claim you break their terms and ban you without explaining why which i know they are allowed to do they do not have to say why but I am done with them

I didn't like: Crappy service and rude interaction, Being told my money would be credited but was not, No way to easily contact customer service, Missing items.
