We ordered at 6:15PM for a delivery. It was supposed to arrive by 7:25PM.
At 7:35PM, I checked Door Dash to see what the issue was and it showed it had been delivered to our house at 7:24PM! We did not have any food! I tried to get in touch with a Door Dash representative and forty-five minutes later finally was able to chat with one. Before then, I had called the restaurant who answered and said they had our order and no one had been there yet to pick it up.
Door Dash said they could have the restaurant get us a new order, but by this time it was already 8:30PM! So, we got our food at 9:15PM finally! It was THREE HOURS LATE! Now, again, Door Dash has failed, our order is now 15 minutes late again and the driver said so sorry but he had to deliver a big order first and would be thirty minutes late.
So, my advice is DOOR DON'T, pick it up yourself or find another service! I am DOOR DONE!!!
