I was promised once again by a door dash rep Daveh last night and she promised me like others have for 10 days now that the original email I signed up for being a door dash driver was transposed by entering 32 instead of 22 for my correct email address tracyellen072217@***.com
She stated like others have; she would expedite the change to her manager to change the wrong email to the correct email. It would take 24 hrs .
Well its been 24 hrs and Ive tried to login this morning am, so I could dash, once again I receive an error 404
I have reset my password by the email sent to me several times. Once again I receive login error 404 . I am very frustrated by all of this. I have had my app approved, background completed, received my door dash activation kit, red card and I am continuing receiving texts telling me I can start dashing, set schedule up, begin by doing your first dash but I cant !
Please help me get this fixed.
I need to obtain income and know I would be a good dasher like my husband has been doing for almost a year.

One more thing I was told I would receive an email telling me when the email would be updated I never received it. If necessary send this to the corporate people to rectify this ongoing issue please.
