Hello, We placed 1 Order to Taco Bell 1 Order 7-11 Order from 7-11 never came( yet charged on my bank statement) The second order to Taco Bell was brought twice(all different things in each bag- no where close to our order) Yet 4 charges appear on bank statement.When asked for a refund Doordash ignored this request saying we would have credit to a future order.

This evening we decided to redeem credit from our unauthorized charges and they replied with the following: Email Subject Heading in my Inbox: "Completed Order - CX [ ref:_00D1aKEiH._5001aHNEl7:ref ] Inbox x support@doordash.com 5:15 PM (1 hour ago) to me Hello Mr. XXX, Please allow me to apologize for your inconvenience youve using our service please except our sincerest apologies, After reviewing your account I see that my previous agent already issued a refund in door dash credits. And I see that you have already used them sir.
