DoorDash - Door Dash Unprofessionalism!

New ReviewerDoorDash needs to take accountability for delivery drivers' mistakes. DoorDash really needs to take accountability for the unprofessional behavior of many of its drivers.
There are great drivers from time to time, but they are few and far between. Too many orders are being literally dropped, delivered incorrectly, or delayed because drivers can't follow/read basic directions. On top of that, the company seems to hire anyone without proper screening and then allows completely different people to pick up orders under someone else's account. When problems happen, customer service offers little to no support and shows no real interest in correcting driver mistakes.
This isn't just inconvenient; it costs merchants money, damages their reputation, and leaves customers paying for food they never receive or can't eat. It's unacceptable for a company this large to operate with so little oversight.
Both merchants and customers deserve better! See image of the dropped pizza that was delivered tonight.

Get up, go out, pick up your own food...Problem solved...You're welcome.. I can see your next complain being that it's taking forever to get your order because there aren't enough drivers.
Hi Guest Bot. My next complaint is simple: mind your business.
Most of us actually care about the merchants who lose money, the consumers who lose money, and the professional drivers who end up with a bad reputation because others can’t do the job they were hired to do. If you’re not contributing to that conversation, there’s nothing here for you except a reminder to touch grass, log off, stretch or something because trolling verified consumers on a site that's intended for consumer complaints is weird.
I totally agree with you. I am perplexed that the site allows randoms - who have nothing of value to add - to insert themselves into others' reviews in order to subject them to continued disrespect and abuse.
Isnt it enough to have gotten this from DoorDash already; why pile on here too? Geeez
