I use my card once gets declined. Use it again, gets declined again. However on my bank statement both charges get deducted. I go ahead *** the bullet and order again using my other card and food arrives late and stale. NEVER AGAIN. Uber eats is better

I'm thoroughly disappointed as when I was locked out of my account after forgetting a password. When I inquired about getting assistance, I was told that I've been banned for violating terms and agreements. That's just poor customer service.

I usually use me debit card, but knowing I didn't have any money in my acct, I switched to my Visa, cc, 2 nights I used my visa to order food, but doors dash still charged it to my debit card, causing overdraft fees too kick in in my checking account, NOT COOL!!! And good luck trying to talk to somebody about it
