Im not sure whats going on. Ive always completed deliveries the correct way. All the customers Ive come across seem happy with their delivery and we exchanged good vibes. I hope this gets resolved. I miss dashing.

The wrong address was used when I tried to register which in turn gave me a message stating no Dashers were needed in my area. All I need to do is update my home address but I’m not given an option for that.

Account has been deactivated and cannot get it to reactivate even in more busy locations to be able to dash. Representative argued with me and while I was talking, placed me on a hold and never came back.

Still waiting for a representative been 8 minutes. With this loud Annoying Piano music. Representative answers call asks the problem then goes quite still didn’t get anything fixed just waiting. Didn’t even fix my issue.

DoorDash - Account De activated after every order

Is anyone else dealing with having to reactivate account every time you try to place an order? And it takes 24/48 hours to have account activated again that you no longer need that order? Very disappointing and looking for other places.

I keep trying to renew my account or add a new account or just establish a new working account so I can become a dasher. I have a new number but every time I put it into the same form as my old email it says email attached to other phone number and when I put in old number I don’t get the verification texts to set up new account. *** Please can you just void my account or advise how to make this *** work
