I had a similar experience. They have cancelled my order a few times but I have never seen the refunds in my credit card statement!!

I’m in the exact same situation. I just ordered through door dash for my daughter but I don’t want my card info stored there. I’m going to delete the app and hopefully that’ll do it.

I was a regular doordash customer. I had a few orders made incorrectly and they were later fixed. No problem. I go to order food and receive a message that my account has been deactivated and that a representative would be in touch with me shortly. Days go by, no email.

I continually have to re-activate it ... they activate it and I order.

Next time I order I have to do it all the time. It is as they no longer want customers. I do not get it either.

Literally I am able to look at restaurants and put in cart and wasted time to get deactivated and have to miserably re-activate. I give!
