It was my fault I didn’t cancel the account after the free trial period because I was in hospital and forgot. They were very kind, cancelled my account and refunded the $9.99 to my checking.

I never had a problem with them. Once I placed an order by accident and could not cancel in time and they refunded the money in full, and this time it was again my fault and they still refunded the money in full with cheerfulness and genuine helpfulness.

They fully refunded my money. The refuse to admit that there has been any kind of data breach and that is very troublesome. I will never use Doordash again.

I've called at least six times today. Each time I call a supervisor is already on the phone or every single supervisor in the entire place is in a meeting (this has been said to me twice).

They don't care about their consumers.

I've had to cancel all of my credit cards and get a new card issued by my bank. All they can say is I'm sorry and someone will call you.

I genuinely only feel this was resolved due to my staying on top of the situation constantly. On my first call last week they said they'd follow up within 2 days.

I demanded a reference # so that there'd be a record we could look up. After that, I called every day....
