DoorDash - Experience was not too good

I requested to talk to a supervisor several times to go over my customer rating. Agent then says supervisor is not available and to just read and follow the email they will send over to me. I was requesting for a supervisor to call me back even if I had to wait the next day. Agent again says to just read the email. And there’s no direct number for customer service door dash? Really concerning
