DoorDash - Poor , horrible communication, poor directions

I have been trying to get ahold of somebody for DAYS and i haven’t got any response. I have misplaced my red card and I even tried to look it up and see how to report it and the directions it says doesn’t lead up to what it’s saying to do when I go to do it. There is no where on the dasher app to report your card gone!

DoorDash - No update on an order over charged and wrong

Called customer service, the guy said he couldn’t find me by email or phone number even though a rep called my phone and then he just stopped talking I said hello hello and no reply back Horrible customer service!

DoorDash - An awful experience

I ordered a vegetarian burrito. It came with chicken on it but I cannot eat chicken. I called customer service and the man I spoke to hung up on me right after I told him what was wrong. I called back and talked to a woman this time and she hung up on me as well.

I mean come on already- we use you guys every day either me (6617551474) or my wife (6617558421) and all we needed to do was either cancel our order or change the delivery address. We incorrectly input the work address instead of the home address and it took 15 minutes...
