I had called a couple months ago about a cold meal that took over an hour to get here. I was told they would credit my account. I never got a credit to my account and they say that my email address isn’t the one linked to my account. It is the only email I have ever used or had. They will not tell me where my credits have been placed other than it’s not that email I have provided. So basically the credit is still in their system and hasn’t been used and I can’t access it. To me that is not acceptable.

Details
It took me a total of 20 minutes on the phone with customer support in order to obtain a full credit for my delivery order. My food was ice cold when it was delivered to me. First they came back with half of my order being credited. I said no way. Then they said that they would 75% credit me. I again said no way. Then they said that they would give me 100% credit. I mean, wow. When I literally have to throw away my food because it tastes disgusting once it gets cold, I shouldn’t have to argue with customer support in order to be fully refunded. I’m not happy with the way they treat customers at all!!!!

Hello I have spoken to about six different representatives today. About three different representatives has put me on hold and not picked up. The last one I was on hold and finally got an answer after an hour and six minutes. My schedule for early access keeps being deleted and also my early access schedule in general now won’t load at 3 o’clock. Is there anything that can be done?

Details
Made a complaint about a delivery driver. Received an email saying my complaint would be forwarded to the "appropriate team." Never heard back from them and sent them an email 8 days later. My email got rejected saying they closed my complaint since they didn't hear anything from me in 3 days. Waited on hold for over an hour when I called. Never using DoorDash ever again.

I put in my office address by mistake instead of my home address. I was not aware that i went through pissedcunsumer. It was my fault and door dash staff were excellent. They fixed my address and called later to confirm that my order has been delivered .great customer service. Thank you
