The person i spoke with, michael i think, did not understand me and he was also not making any sense. I understand there may have been a language barrier but he did not answer my questions and fid not provide any assistance with how to fix the issue of someone not showing up for the orientation i scheduled, can i do this online or do i need to pick something up. Id prefer to have any items necessary for me to do doordash to be mailed to me and if i can do orientation online that would be best

None horrible employees not properly trained | DOORDASH

I work at Wendy's, and we have door dashers come in all the time. The new people I have no clue what is going on there is no training involved with his new employees many times they don't even know how to use the app. Your company needs to train people better I know I would not recommend DoorDash to anybody and I would never use them.
