DoorDash - Hungry and pissed

We placed our order 2 hours ago, and it was supposed to arrive 1 hour ago. We’ve tried contacting the dasher multiple times but don’t get an answer. We called the restaurant and were told the order was picked up a long time ago. We tried calling Doordash and are currently on hold for 20-30 min. This is an utter waste of time. What a horrible way to run a business. We will never use Doordash again and will be recommend that no family or friends use it either.

Lately every time I order something the order is messed up, or missing something, so YES I called to let them know every time. On my last order I ordered 9 items , and I only received 7. I advised Door Dash, and was advised because of my so called " history" they would not be refunding me. What history??? Complaining because I paid for something ,and did NOT get it?? Each item was $5.00 and some change,so yes I'm going to call and complain. And if I pay for extra items I expect to get it. So on that note I'm done with Door Dash. It seems they just expect you to just pay for something, and just accept what they deliver to you.

Details
Ordered Chipotle on Doordash, was told by both companies Door Dash would be the company to go to for a refund. They told me in three separate phone calls they would be refunding me my money since the dasher did not want to deliver the food to the hospital room and never returned the food to the chipotle. It's been 3 months since this incident still no refund.
