They deactivated my account due to an error. I waited 24 hours. They said it was their fault and unlocked my account. I go to use my account and right before I pay they deactivate it again.

Details
Order was cancelled. Payment was charged to my account anyways. Refund request was submitted but as is industry standard and public knowledge the funds were held by my financial institution thus making them unavailable to me. If a restaurant is not accepting orders orders should be able to be placed through the app. Glaring flaw in your programming/software design.

Didn't receive my order. Understandable, driver called and said kios in store was broken and that I needed to cancel. Not mad about that. Stuff happens. However the way doordash customer service handles a claim (or lack of handling a claim) is preposterous. If you have an issue with ubereats, best believe before you hang up with your live person, ur issue is resolved. Door dash... No live person, support email ignored, then cancelled. They had the nerve to send a survey. I rank you service a 0.

Details
Our food was cold smashed up and we didn’t receive the coke slaw that was supposed to come with the meal from captain d’s, we called captain d’s the same night and a worker said the manager would call us about our compensation and no one ever called so I called captain d’s today and spoke to a manager and he said I had to take it up with door dash. I called customer service and the representative said we have 48 hours to make a complaint which we were unaware of until today.
