Doordash - Horrible job
Door dash called us personally about our order. Spoke for 7 mins while she made sure order was right and it was wrong on one all together and missing 3 other items. This is the second time we tried to use door dash. Never again.

ok so i was on a work call and missed the deliverer than when i messsaged chatted a Mr. Marlon T from door dash not only did he have them re-send it he made it a brand new order so it was fresh. Amazing this is why i love door dash more than grubhub, eat24, get delivery etc, etc. And i’ve never been able to chat with a representative on any of those other apps so I think this is great !!!!!!!

I was left without dinner since I had an engagement and all that was offered was a coupon for my next doordash order. The doordash fee should have been refunded and possibly even the entire charge for the inconvenience. Bad customer service and extremely disappointed..
