Door dash service uses to be great, but in the past 6 months. Every time I order something is wrong with the order; there is an item missing or the item delivered was not what was ordered.
I always put the complaint through the app and never a response from door dash. Also, you can never contact anyone on the phone. When the order comes wrong it would be nice to be able to get the right order, but not possible when you can't call anyone and the email response comes days later if at all. Finally I did get a response and they offered to credit my account .99.
Not even close to the amount of the wrong food item that I could not eat. I do not recommend this service.
