I ordered fajitas. No tortillas were delivered.
I called my driver, who barely spoke English, and he had no idea how to CALL Doordash. WTF? He’s their employee and he can’t call them?! I googled Doordash Customer Service Number and finally found a number.
After 10 minutes on hold , I was connected. They were patronizing. Refunded JUST my fajitas. Well, it cost me more to have Favor deliver me tortillas from the grocery store.
VERY unimpressed and disappointed. Bad business practices.
