I lost my door dash card and without the knowledge of me knowing that if i reported lost youre not able to door Dash Until your new card comes in. So I call customer support to complain about it and they said theres nothing they can do about it until my card comes in like in five days or more so now I cant feed my family and pay my bills for that period of time a simple thing that their technicians can do to help me out is to open up my dash and they cant even get a hold of the tech technician or anybody above the chain of command I dont even think they have a chain of command Im by far disappointed with door Dash and they need to concentrate on helping out the people that work for them and making them happy because its not easy to become top door dasher its a lot of work.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
