This business is a joke. We placed an order and was charged for it immediately.

About 35 minutes later I get notification that the restaurant canceled my order, that I was refunded, but that the refund could potentially take 5-7 business days. I called DoorDash customer service, was on hold for 30 minutes, and was told the reason why the restaurant canceled my order was because they were closed and no longer taking orders. First of all, why is DoorDash allowing an order and a charge to go through when the restaurant is supposedly not open? Secondly, I called the restaurant and confirmed they were still open.

And to top it off, I was told that they are not allowed to cancel orders; that only DoorDash can. So who is at fault here and who are the liars here?
