Placed order on DoorDash and received error that card was declined and was told to re-enter card info.Did so and had the same error.

I check my account and DoorDash has charged me 3 times for the order. Called customer service and they tell me that the system is "glitching" and that the money will be returned in 5-7 business days. So my bank account has was deducted 54 bucks three times. That's over 150 bucks for an order that wasn't even accepted by their system.

If the order didn't go through then they shouldn't hold my money hostage for a week.

Ended up going with the ole faithful chilis and just had to go and pick it up.I will never use a service like his again unless it's one that is directly linked to the restaurant.
