Order was running 20 min late and as driver pulled up an email (no call or text) from doordash to say they did not include one of the entrees. Just as I'm reading this the driver pulls up and hands me the bag.
When I asked him to explain what happened to the missing entree he grunted and made gesture to indicate he was mute.
I sent a message to doordash to express my concern and ask why they would hire a mute who can't communicate with restaurant or customer and they said something about equal opportunity. But he isn't qualified to do his job!!
