I placed an order with Doordash for a local barbecue restaurant. I ordered three meals with sides.

We received two dinners and sides. I went reported it to Doordash, and was told they would issue a credit that may take 7 - 10 days. It has been over two weeks, and there is no credit anywhere to be found. There is no way I can find on their website to contact them other than to report something with an order.

The order was received quickly. But the restaurant is only two miles from my house.

I would have gone and picked it up if I thought there was a chance I would not have received the entire order. I will not use Doordash again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Product or Service Mentioned: Doordash Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Missing food, Poor customer service, Credit never received.
