I live in California (Bay Area). I ordered a meal at 7:45pm, order gets confirmed at 7:54pm, dasher is on the way, 9:42pm I have still not received any further updates, I check my order status to find that it has disappeared, I call in to inquire and I'm told my order was cancelled after the dasher arrived to the restaurant and I was never notified at all.

I ask why I was not notified and I am told by Wanita that this will be recorded as a learning lesson and that she does not know what else to tell me or do for me. She then proceeds to tell me to reorder and "good luck".

Is this company serious? DoorDash is worse than Comcast at this point!

Wow wish I knew where this wanita works....I would have a talk with her supervisor for saying that to you. I'm wondering if she is/was an order placer.
